Refunds and Returns Policy

  • If you would like to return your order, please do so by sending us an email at customerservice@ishall.co.za with your reasons for the return and picture of the item you would like to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

You can return your I Shall product within 3 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • They must be unworn, and
  • In their original packaging

Free gifts, sale or promotional items are not returnable!

  • You will be liable for the charges of returning your parcel to our address.
  • We can also arrange to collect your I Shall item from you for a R100 return fee.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or we will process a refund to your bank account within 10 working days.

We cannot always guarantee availability of stock and will endeavor to deliver a substitute line where possible if you have authorized us to do so.
